10K OFF MSRP / Boulder 5415

The Boulder 5415 built by Clayton Rockwell is a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom doublewide with 1,685 square feet on a 28 by 64 foot frame, on display now at Acme Homes of Monroe and marked down $10,000 off MSRP while it’s here. This one comes loaded with upgrades you don’t always see at this price point: Frigidaire stainless steel appliances with an 18-foot top freezer refrigerator, Pfister faucets in the kitchen and both baths, and a Carrier furnace paired with an Ecobee smart thermostat to keep energy costs in check. The interior is finished with crown molding, LED recessed lighting throughout, and 25-ounce Shaw carpet underfoot, while argon gas, low-e windows and 30-year architectural shingles handle the outside. Whole house ventilation and upgraded insulation round out a home built to perform as well as it looks. Come see the Boulder 5415 on our lot while the clearance pricing lasts.
